Do you need additional assistance in using our software? In addition to our software support we offer more extensive help and support in using our programs.

We offer technical support in all stages, from project start to evaluation and interpretation, for example:

• Starting a new project - what analyses should be done? What input data is needed? What software is the most suitable one?

• Model setup - advice on model size, model construction, etc.

• Calculations - help in getting runs going, checking that the model works as intended, etc..

• Evaluation of results - what should be checked, and how?

• Review - checking results, interpretating results, etc.

We work with technical support both through direct contact when smaller issues surface in your analsyes, as well as participating in your projects, as project member, project leader, or specialist in modeling, where we can support from project start to finish.

This type of technical support is performed as consulting service and invoiced as hourly cost.

We also offer tailored training for all our softwares.
